lanat hay asi government par.
Everything is ready but just due to mismanagement of the government and ministries, we cannot get the benefit. Very shamefull and discoursing position. I salute to Dr. Samar, just keep it up for God’s sake and the poor masses of Pakistan.

Please do something with sincerity, devotion and with honesty for Pakistan, otherwise our name would not be in the history,

Very poor project management. It is not proper way to do a project. If you were not clear about funding, why you started it? Now in the middle of project, its not clear who will provide funding? National bank, federal govt. or provincial govt??
and private sector would not be ready to invest under pakistani government servents.
The only way is open this project for private sector and handover to them, they will manage it.
